½ kg chicken leg and thigh pieces
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp gram flour or besan
2 tsp tomato sauce or ketchup
1 egg white
¼ tsp baking soda

½ cup flour
¼ cup cornflour
